Tom Adolfsen – Chairman of the board in Symfoni Software AS. Tom Adolfsen was for several years in Merkantildata that later changed name too Ementor.
He is among the Nordic countries most experienced leaders within the IT sector.
Bjørn Jarl - CEO Björn Jarl came from the position as CEO, in Gedys Software Holding OY, Spetember 1st 2004. Previous to this he worked at TJ Group for several years. Furthermore, Bjørn Jarl has been attached to several companies, within the media and market communication branch. These companies are, among others, Info-Media AS that today is called Waymaker and is owned by Observer and TM-Kompetance AS, which is a part of the market analysis company MMI. In addition, Bjørn Jarl is responsible for the establishment of Bonniers Internet recruitment company Jobline, in Norway. Today, he also owns Jarl Management AS, which is the main stockholder in Symfoni Software AS.
Nora Ottesen - Marketing chief in Symfoni Software AS. She has worked in the company for three years, with the responsibility for coordinating marketing and sales activities. Her education has been undertaken at BI Norges Markedshøyskole and a European University in Barcelona.
Michelle Clark - Business Development Manager in Symfoni Software AS. Michelle is responsible for assisting Symfoni with its continued growth and further securing its place as the leading Nordic provider of collaboration software.
Kjetil Andenæs - Responsible for product development in Symfoni Software. Participated in the establishment of Symfoni Software in 1994. He has worked at Client, Egroup, Item and also for several years at the customer; Schneider AS. Has a close relationship to IBM Software development and has been on a development group for the Lotus products where he, among others, has written several “red books” for Lotus/IBM.
Trond Are Utle - Leader of the company's Norwegian office, consultant and support and also pre-sale support for the partners. Has been in the company since 2002. Symfoni evangelist that is a part of the blog environment where the branches strongest opinions are shared. Trond-Are has more than 10-years of experience, in the sector, as a daily leader of his own consultant company.
Svein Erik Henriksen - IT manager in Symfoni Software. His main areas of expertise are Microsoft within Server, Client, Exchange, Terminal severs / Citrix, Linux, Cisco, network, infrastructure and operation.
Denmark:
Jan Brinck - Daily leader of Symfoni Software Aps Denmark. Jan has through the last 20 years worked with sales and business development, in the IT branch, and has been active within the Notes/Domino area since the start. Jan has, previously, been employed at WM-data and thereafter at IT-Companion Aps.
Henrik Holm - Henrik has the responsibility for sales and business development, in Symfoni Software Denmark and Knowentia Software. Henrik has worked 25 years in the IT sector. He has a computer science background but has always worked with the customers and their challenges.
