Symfoni Software is intending to strengthen our position in the three markets where we are represented, in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. By acquiring Vever AS and Vever AB we hope that we can conquer a larger part of the collaboration market.

In order to improve our presence on the collaboration market in the Nordics, Symfoni seeks to improve the position in Norway and Sweden. The acquisition of Vever AS and Vever AB on the 30 May this year is a step in that direction.

Sweden especially is an important area of growth for Symfoni, and an area we are putting a lot of emphasis on in 2008. With offices in Gotenburg, Stockholm and Karlstad, Symfoni now wants to expand our market share in the Swedish collaboration market.

Today Vever has 10 employees, 5 in Oslo, under the management of Mats Gyve, the founder of the company. Vever AB has 5 employees in Karlstad, and is under the management of Helena Olsson.

Vever is continuing the success under the same name, but will be a part of Symfoni. They will keep their focus on the CMS solution, but they will of course provide the full Symfoni suite to the customer if desired.
