Simple and user-friendly process
Symfoni Booking version 6 is simple and user-friendly and among other things, you can reach it by Web, Intranet, Notes calenderers planning tools or directly in the booking database.
This is how the process runs:
1. The users can book rooms and/or equipment by using a description or a photo, either from the database, from the personal calendar or via iNotes.
2. Furthermore, you can order catering by writing an optional order text or from a predefined menu.
3. You handle the order by predefined rules, maybe the kitchen staff needs to approve the order. The rules are defined per kitchen. Booking handles different canteens/kitchens with similar or different catering supply, and the system allows for public holidays (weekend and days off) if this is desirable. This prevents you from ordering catering on days when the canteen is closed.
4. Booking also handles double rooms, which you can divide by a sliding door or similar.
5. If relevant in your company, it is possible to publish meetings e.g. on the Intranet or on a TV screen in the reception. Furthermore, it is possible to print a list of the guests of the day.
6. Last but not the least: Automatic settlement of canteen orders in a format dictated by the finance department and to a predefined chart of accounts.
More than one language in the same company
Booking can be used in different languages by different people. It is possible to create extra translations if the needed language is not included automatically. And you can do it all without the use of programming.
